SSG Wisconsin is in session as of November, 2010.

Fiore's Spada a dui mani: We will begin with motion and balance drills, and non-contact games, progressing gradually to controlled limited contact plays, limited directed sparring, and finally to free sparring.

We're now about at 4-5 consistent practices with at least half of the people attending showing each week. Many of us are still recuperating from some type of financial issue and aren't able to swing getting The Sword in Two Hands, but I would like to provide training / reference notes. I figured a good place to start for a list would be the Yellow testing requirements, but the link is dead. Can someone provide a reasonable set of training notes?
