Apr. 28 - Study in Steel, HEMA Event in Greensboro SC

Schola Saint George represented well today at Study in Steel in Greensboro, South Carolina.

Zachary Springer (Savannah Study Group) won third in open steel longsword, losing to Marcus Lewis. He also stood out, "Zach gets chivalric points for giving accurate feedback on a blink-and-you-miss-it zwerch. A lesser man would've not helped give his opponent the win in such a way." --Ed Wells

Benjamin Eades and Travis Chan both advanced to eliminations.

Daniel León and Ed Wells (both SSG Atlanta) did not advance from the pools, but felt significant improvement in their tournament performance.

Travis and Ed also participated in the Paired Technique event, receiving commendations from the host. They were not selected to advance by their peers.
