"Yron & Stele: Chivalric Ethos, Martial Pedagogy, Equipment and Combat Technique in the Early Fourteenth Century Version of Guy of Warwick", Journal of Medieval Military Studies 16, June 2018, by Brian R. Price.

There are also a host of other interesting articles in this volume, including one on training by Pierre Gaille.
